I do it the same way as if I'm frying it, but put it in the oven instead. Sometimes I dot margarine on each piece or drizzle oil or spray with pam, or just leave it. It is better with a little something. I only do it breaded and I spice my bread crumbs. Egg, crumbs, and pan.
