Before Purim, Pomegranate had a recipe insert in one of the women's magazines, which featured salmon fillet, cut in lox-like slices, marinated, wrapped around one's finger to produce a rosette/flower-like look, and baked in muffin pans.
I made it for Purim and it was delicious. Now I would like to make it again for a Shalosh Seudas Sheva Brochos and I misplaced the recipe when my home was under construction.
Does anybody know what I'm referring to and does anybody have that recipe? I keep sending e-mails to Pomegranate, requesting the recipe, and they are not responding!
