Help! I always bake my gefilte fish by putting the carrots and fish in a pan and adding boiling water half way and then baking it for 2 hours - today when I tok he fish out of the oven I realized I NEVER ADDED THE WATER!. Will it still be/taste okay?

if its not burnt it should be ok- but why don't you taste a piece?
Pinkfridge you probably need to use a smaller pan - like a loaf pan.

I often bake my gefilte fish without any water and it comes out great. The only issue you may have is that the outer layer may be a little tougher than the rest and (unless you sprayed the pan) it may stick to the bottom of the pan.

It should be fine. The bottom may be a bit tough but it should be okay.
