I reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeally want to go to a concert, but it's on June 30th, which is the day after the 3 weeks start.
What do you think?
DH doesn't want me to ask the Rabbi yet.

There's nothing to "think". One is not allowed to listen to music during the three weeks.
From http://www.torah.org/advanced/......html
There are four forbidden activities, for men and women, which are specific to the Three-Weeks period:
Taking a haircut or a shave;
Getting married or participating in a wedding;
Listening to music and dancing;
Reciting shehecheyanu.

It's tough. Be nice to yourself. Buy their new CD that you can listen to before, or plan something nice you can do during the 3 weeks. And daven for Mashiach; it'll be moot and guaranteed, the music the Leviim will play will blow your mind ;-)
