Does anyone have the recipe for the red cabbage salad with scallions and ramen noodles? Mine is ok but I think something is missing.

I have this recipe - not sure if it is what you are referring to (it is green cabbage not red)-
Crunchy Cole Slaw Kosher by Design p. 77
1/2 cup margarine
6 ounce Ramen noodles (if using soup mix discard seasoning)
1 16 ounce bag shredded green cabbage
3-4 scallions thinly sliced
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup vegetable or canola oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
In a large skillet, melt the margarine over medium heat. Break the Ramen noodles into small pieces and add to the pan. Brown the noodles and remove from heat.
In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, scallions, sesame seeds, almonds, and sunflower seeds. Add the Ramen noodles. Toss to combine.
In a jar or cruet, mix the oil, soy sauce, sugar and vinegar. Shake to emulsify. Add most of the dressing to the slaw, tossing to combine. Add the rest of the dressing, if desired. This salad can be made in advance and refrigerated.

That recipe sounds delicious, I'll have to try it. The one I'm looking for though is a little different.
