last week I adapted a recipe from a cookbook. I think I whipped up about 3 or 5 egg whites, added some splenda (instead of sugar, to make it a LITTLE less fattening), added a whip, egg yolks and vanilla extract. Then I also added some ground walnut and froze it in a pie shell. It was a yummy ice cream cake - the first time I tried it! I also put the leftovers in a regular container as regular ice cream. yummy and a big taiva! good luck!

4 eggs
2 small whip creams
1 vanilla sugar
1 1/2 cup sugar
Divide eggs, beat whites gradually with sugar, vanilla sugar
Beat whip separately, add yolks. Then add either chocolate syrup or a bit of vanilla extract.
Fold whites with whip.
Freeze.

graham cracker crust
10 sandwich cookies
2-21/2 rich's whipped cream
break sandwich cookies into pieces, place in crust, pour over whipped cream until crust if filled, and freeze.
No, you don't have to whip the cream.
Yes, that's all!!
It's delicous, and just say it's a secret family recipe.....
