Lunch:

Grilled herb and wine chicken cutlets with sauteed mushrooms
Roasted cauliflower, eggplant, sweet potato
Brown Rice ~~with mushrooms~~
Baby Spinach salad (w/ avocado, hearts of palm, grape tomatoes, and mandarin oranges)
Broccoli slaw

Coconut milk cookie dough ice cream
Apple Bread Pudding

I don't have exact measurements. I marinate the chicken in some white wine, bit of olive oil, fresh rosemary, dried basil, pepper, and sea salt.

Shabbos Day:

Gefilte Fish
Cholent
couscous and cabbage
Ceasar salad
any leftovers

We don't really do dessert. We are fat anyway Wink

Bought rolls & shlissel challah (whole wheat, from pkge)

Steamed whitefish with onions
Carrot & zucchini slaw - from Spark people - if it's good, I'll post the recipe

Glazed chicken - from a fitness magazine - if it's good, I'll post the recipe
Sweet lukshen kugel - from our site, but with whole wheat noodles

Maybe egg salad by day, not sure yet
