I have leftover chicken I want to get rid of, and some flat, thick egg noodles I want to use up before Pesach. (Also some spaghetti noodles I might add in.) I just want a sauce to put over them. Any ideas? I'll probably mix in some frozen vegetables as well. I'd prefer a healthy sauce, but really anything sounds good at this point.
Thanks!

Saute the chicken in lots of garlic cloves and basil (fresh or frozen cubes), along with olive oil and salt.
Then toss the cooked noodles with the ready chicken to coat along with the basil/garlic sauce.
