Maybe you could play a mock bon-fire, kids could collect twigs, logs and stones and you could make a fire out of cardboard paper- Put on music and dance around and sing Rashbi songs???

You can maybe make a bow & arrow arts'n'crafts.

HOw about showing a movie or presentation of Lag Ba'omer in Meron.

If I think of anything else I'll let you know.

Any kind of Ahavas Yisrael theme is good. Do trust games, partner games (outdoors is best). Heart-shaped cookies and heart-shaped prizes.

For a neat demo, make a block of ice in a bowl, spray-paint it grey, and drip hot water on it (in front of the class) to make a hole straight through, like the story of Rabbi Akiva.

Construct a tepee out of broomsticks and sheets and tell the story of Rashbi inside.

Write the name of each child on their own piece of paper, and have the other kids write something nice about them.
