`There was a recipe awhile ago in the mishpacha or Bina (I think Bina) for shawarma. I made it once but then misplaced it. I would love to make it again. Anyone has the recipe please post it thanks.

3 chicken cutlets, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 onion, circle sliced thinly
2 cloves garlic, sliced
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp cumin
1 T. vinegar or lemon juice
DIRECTIONS:
Sauté the onion in a bit of oil until golden
Add the spices.
Add the chicken and sauté until the chicken is white.
Serve hot in a warm pita or wrap.
