I have a lot of fresh chicken cutlets left over. Is there anyway to do something special with them for shabbos - like a sauce or something?
I plan on using some in a chicken salad but I'd like some other ideas.
Thanks.

Fresh as in already cooked?
Slice up some green and red peppers and some onion, saute with minced garlic then toss with the chicken strips. Serve in a wrap.
Stir-fry.
