I've been in the mood of cheese blintzes for the past week...today I finally decided I'm going to make some, with strawberry sauce to serve on top, but what can I serve along with them to complete the meal?

Chopped veggie salad and whole wheat bread. That's what we have sometimes for dinner; other times, the blintzes are for dessert (or breakfasts). The kids love them but there's really minimal sugar in them.
