try braggs liquid aminos . it is sold in most healthfood stores. it is made from soy but much healthier than soy sauce gluten free and has a similar taste to soy sauce.

bbq sauce
ketchup, mayo, onion soup mix
salt & paprika
salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder (I made this tonight)
italian salad dressing, halved grape tomatoes, slices of yellow & green squash with peel, cut in 1/2

Most duck sauces should be fine.

Do you specifically need a sauce, or is a garlic roasted chicken good?
Even though most of the suggestions might be fine, there's a good chance that most of these items listed have gluten in them.
