Its in a crockpot. I havent made it yet but a friend gave me the recipe and liked it so here it goes:
1 spray(s) cooking spray
1 pound(s) uncooked ground turkey breast
1/2 tsp table salt, or more to taste
1/4 tsp ground sage, or more to taste
8 small uncooked new potatoes, scrubbed, unpeeled
9 oz frozen artichokes, hearts
1/2 tsp dried oregano, crushed
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup(s) canned chicken broth
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
Instructions
Coat a 12-inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
Season turkey with salt and sage; shape into 1-inch balls. Add turkey to skillet and
brown on all sides, about 3 to 5 minutes; remove and place in 4- to 5-quart slow
cooker.
Add potatoes, frozen artichoke hearts, oregano, pepper and broth; cover and cook
on high heat for 5 to 6 hours. (Note: When layering the ingredients in your slow
cooker, arrange the artichoke hearts near the top so they don’t overcook. Do not
thaw the artichokes first. Or, add the artichokes toward the end of the cooking
process if you prefer a firmer texture.)
About 15 minutes before serving, spoon cornstarch into a cup. Add 1 tablespoon
of the slow cooker liquid and lemon juice; stir well. Stir into slow cooker, cover and
cook on low heat for 15 minutes more. Yields about 1 2/3 cups per serving.

I love this recipe - It's the easiest cake and the great thing is that the kids can make it -
1 pot of any fruit yoghurt - last week I made this with a soya yoghurt for the first time to see if I could make it parev - it worked although it gives a slightly heavier cake than a regular milk yoghurt
put the contents of the yoghurt into a mixing bowl and wash out the carton and dry it well - you will now use the carton as your measuring cup for the rest of the ingredients
3 pots of self-raising flour
2 pots of sugar (I've reduced this and it's just as good)
1 pot of oil
2 eggs, beaten
just add all the ingredients, mix and pour into a baking tin - bake for about 1 hour (obviously depending on your oven - mine's extremely temperamental!)
Shabbat Shalom

Are we talking about a normal (1 person size) yoghurt pot, or are we talking about a large tub of yoghurt? Obviously this will make a difference given that the recipe says 2 eggs, so I just wanted to check what size the "pot" is so I know to use more eggs if I use a larger pot.
thanks

yes, regular one-serving size
I've just made it with two pots of soya yoghurt but the rest of the ingredients measured as if for one pot - just interested to see if it comes out lighter than it did last week. With regular yoghurts it comes out very light but soya is obviously heavier.
Shabbat Shalom
