First let me get this out of the way , ok now that that's done with;
Not much of a recipe - but it comes out good -
put spicy brown mustard first, then honey on top of the chicken, spread if not too lazy otherwise just leave it, sometimes I put corn flake crumbs on top, sometimes not. Bake it covered if with crumbs no skin, uncover for the last 5-10 minutes.

1/2 cup mustard
1/2 cup honey
Season 4 portions chicken with garlic powder. Pour sauce over chicken
Bake uncovered at 375 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
or
1/2 cup deli mustard
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/8 tsp salt
Season 4 portions chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Bake at 375, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
Pour honey mustard sauce on topn. Continue to bake uncovered for 1 more hour.

Spice and Spirit have a honey-mustard-soy sauce recipe:
1/3 cup Honey
3 Tbsp Mustard
3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
Mix together and pour over chicken

this past shabbos I made honey-mustard chicken. I just put equal parts honey and mustard in a bowl, mixed it up, and poured it on top of the chicken and baked it uncovered. came out amazing and so easy!
