I slice chicken cutlets into thin strips, sprinkle generously with shwarma seasoning (I believe Pereg is the brand I have), and drizzle with a little oil. Heat a little oil or pam in a frying pan, add some thinly sliced onions, and let the onions cook until they are soft, then add the chicken strips & cook until chicken is cooked through. Serve in pita with chummus, chopped lettuce & tomato. Yum!

put the chicken cubes in a bowl, season with:-salt
: english mustard
:steak seasoning
mix very well.
throw ito the non stick pan.
cook on 1 side till brownish
turn each piece over
fry till brownish
check on the thickest piece after about 1and a half minute.

another delicious and easy recipe: 3/4 cup ketchup, 2 1/4 T. oil, 1 tsp. soy sauce, 1 clove garlic (crushed), salt, pepper & garlic to taste. mix all ingredients and let meat marinate in sauce for one hour or overnight. then grill.

Heres a great recipe for a chicken curry - really fast and easy.
Chop and fry onions and garlic
Add chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces, and stir-fry until white outside
Add salt, pepper, curry powder and a can of coconut milk.
Optional - add sliced banana/raisins/chopped apple.
Cook for about 20-30 mins; serve over rice
