...would you get from 2 chicken breasts? There is a recipe in spice and spirit that calls for 2 ground chick breasts and I only have a pkg of ready ground.

1 chicken breast (a whole one looks like a butterfly - has two sides with a grain down the middle) usually weighs an average of 1 pound.
So if the recipe calls for two whole chicken breasts, and not 2 chicken breast halves, that would mean that you need 2 lbs. of ground chicken.
