Chicken breast, cut into bite sized pieces. Broccoli (frozen (then thawed) is OK but fresh is better) cut into bite sized pieces. Diced onion. Minced garlic. Soy sauce, oil, hoisin sauce (optional but really makes a huge difference when used). Cashews.
Saute the chicken until cooked through with some oil, soy sauce and garlic. Set aside. Saute the broccoli until it starts to get soft with oil and soy sauce. Add the chicken back in along with the rest of the ingredients. Cook until the broccoli is a little softer but not mushy. Serve over rice.
Sometimes I'll also julienne carrots and add it for color.

Thank you YESHASettler. I did try to do a search for chicken and broccoli and no actual recipes showed up rather a discussion on whether or not a certain restaurant's chicken came with broccoli. Am I doing something wrong.

If you don't have hoisin sauce, you can easily make it from scratch, just do a search on www.recipezaar.com
