my DH brought home a pack of turkey fry strips, like cold cuts type. I was just wondering if I use these as cold cuts, ie sanwiches, wraps, deli roll or cook them in a recipe. they are smoked or cured or something. just wondering if anyone ever heard of these and has a recipe.

My brother is really into them.
You can just use them like cold cuts in a sandwich or fry them like immitation bacon.

I think so. I will ask him for you.
Btw I just realized that he buys beef fry. I hope that's the same idea? Do they look like they have a lot of fat?
