Has anyone ever made chicken steaks?
I'm looking for a good recipe and how to make them. I heard they can come out tough.

marinate in italian dressing, then either grill or bake them. Hope you and dh enjoy! and use sharp knives, someone told me it did come out a bit tough when she made it, but then again she may have overcooked it.
