I'm looking for a good Crunchy Finger chicken recipe for Baking or Frying & a nice dipping sauce/dip along with Recipe.

I made chicken fingers with a breadcrumb and almond crust with a honey dijon dipping sauce for Rosh Hashana. The chicken can either be baked (which I did) or fried.

I coat fried chicken in ground almonds or beer batter.

I mix mayonaise and spices, spread it on the chicken and coat with cornflake crumbs. put thin layer of oil in a baking pan and bake chicken about 30 minutes at 400 and flip over pieces and bake another 15 minutes. it's delicious.
