For cutlets: cut thin, dip in teriyaki sauce, season with salt and pepper,
make a paste in the food processor from jam and candies nuts, smear over both sides of cutlets, bake 8 minutes.
For cut up turkey drumsticks: make a glaze of half ketchup and half brown sugar, and bake covered.

I like to keep it simple.
spice it as you would a chicken. bake (I like turkey moist, so I cover it). serve with a sweet sauce. I like homemade cranberry sauce:
1 package fresh cranberries
sugar/honey to taste
water (amount depends on the width of your pot)
boil all together. boil longer for a thicker sauce.
serve the turkey and sauce with any form of rice.
