I found 5 bags of thin chow mein noddles..what to make?

Going through my pantry, I found 5 bags of chow mein noodles (thin) that I purchased when on sale. Why I do not know. Some ideas please as to what I can do with them, other than throw them onto a salad and into soup?

You can make chocolate spiders. I don't have an exact recipe but maybe someone on here does: mix chocolate chips with peanut butter and prob some margarine or oil until its melted and then mix the chow mein noodles in. You dump them in little blobs onto parchment paper and refrigerate until the chocolate sets.

You can use half a package for an Asian chicken salad. (I know, I know, it's a salad.)

It's simple, but there are a few steps involved. Dh loves this for supper, with a side of rice.

• 3 chicken cutlets
Marinade
• 1 Tbsp honey
• 1 Tbsp mustard
• 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
• 1 tsp olive oil
• ½ tsp curry powder
• ½ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp black pepper
Salad
• 1 head of lettuce OR 1 large bag lettuce
• 1 red pepper, cut into thin strips
• 1 yellow pepper, cut into thin strips
• 1 can baby corn, sliced
• 1 box bamboo shoots
• ½ bunch scallions, sliced
• chow mein noodles
Dressing
• 4 tsp soy sauce
• 2 Tbsp oil
• ¼ cup vinegar
• ¼ cup sugar
• 4 cloves fresh garlic, pressed

Cut 3-4 diagonal slits in each cutlet. Place onto a lined small baking pan. Set aside.
Combine marinade. Pour over chicken cutlets. Grill for 10-12 minutes, turning every few minutes. Remove from oven; cover and let sit for ½ an hour.
In the meantime, combine salad ingredients.
Mix all dressing ingredients well by hand. Pour over salad ½ an hour before serving.
Once chicken is cool, cut into strips.
Toss chicken with dressing and chicken.
Sprinkle each salad plate with a generous amount of chow mein noodles.
(Then place some more noodles in a bowl in the center of the table, as everyone will want to add more.)

Lol, sorry.
(Simple to me is actually to mix together a sauce, pour over chicken bottoms. Bake. Forget about it for 1-1/2 hours. Sorry, you are right, this recipe takes time.)

Use a grill pan on the stovetop and it will take 10 minutes. We eat a version like this every Shabbat lunch.
