Does anyone have a good recipe for chicken kebabs?
I have a Rotosserie. Can I do any recipe in that machine or does it need a specific one?

take 3-4 chicken breasts and chunk them
also, chunk a few onions and a pepper or 2
marinade-
1 mango (cubed)
2 cloves garlic
2-3 T lemon juice
some white wine (shabbat leftovers are fine)
salt
pepper
sweet citrus fruit juice (orange, grapefruit, etc)
put it all in the blender- add the fruit juice until marinade consistency
put veggies and chicken in, let sit for a few hours in the fridge
stab with skewers
