My packages are closed, frozen, family packs, so I don't know how many individual pieces there are (and they will anyway need to be cut).
Does anyone know how many pounds, (obviously less than lb.) approx. per serving of chicken cutlets?

Usually 1/2 a breast is defined as 1 portion. (cut down the middle line of the breast to get 2 portions.) Or 1/2 a pound. (Breasts are usually 1 lb. each.)

Thanks.
I was trying to figure out based on package weight if I have enough, or need more.

I have about 10 lbs. for 22 people. I think I'll be okay. Especially since I'm stuffing them.

That is PLENTY. What are you stuffing it with?
