would like to purchase hanes stockings as they can be returned if ruined. Online colors show only black and beige buff. I usually wear nude stockings. Has anyone bought the beige buff? How does it compare to the color nude?

Hanes hosiery is available in many colors. Are you referring to the color called "buff" (or "travel buff," it's the same color)? It is lighter than the usual "nude" color, very good for people with fair complexion. I find the waistband is not as tight as other brands. Slightly irregulars are here: www.onehanesplace.com. I love hanes and that is the only brand I wear. For the summer I buy nude and little color.
