I made chicken for shabbos that I did not like and I have three huge peices left over. is there anything I can do with it besides chicken pot pie??

chicken and rice (you can search for various people's posting)
stir-fry (remove chicken meat, stir-fry with vegetables, can be serviced with noodles or rice)
chicken wrap/fajita
chicken salad

cut up into chunks, add spices, stir fry and serve in pita or wraps.
cut up and mix into tomato sauce and serve with pasta or rice.
sandwiches.

but the chicken is already flavored with soy sauce, spices and whatever else the original recipe was. wont adding more ingredients to it, just make it taste even weirder??

If you used soysauce and spices (what kind?), then it should go nicely with stir-fry or chicken lomein.
Or you can still use it for wraps with oriental vegetables?
You can also make egg foo-yong(sp?) by making an omlettes with cut up chicken and vegetables (like frozen peas, chopped carrots, red peppers, beansprouts).

Take the skin off and you'll remove some of the soy sauce taste.
Chicken salad (with mayo and tarragon or curied chicken salad with curry powder, a little mayo, cut-up apples and, if you like,peanuts)?
Add tomato paste, sauteed onions, garlic and mushrooms, maybe some olives, and serve over rice/pasta). The tomato taste will cover the remaining soy sauce taste. (I do this one a lot).
