How to grill chicken and keep it moist?

I marinated yesterday 1 slice of chicken cutlet in soy sauce garlic powder and lemon juice. DH didnt eat yesterday so I didnt make it. Can I still grill it today?

Sure. Like usher asked, I assume it just sat in the marinade overnight.

Besides for marinating, I grill the chicken on a low setting. This way it stays moist, while evenly cooked. For shabbos I marinated overnight (and cooked on low) and my chicken was so good even though I served it during the day.
