My chicken didn't fully cook on Friday, some of the white meat is a bit raw. Do you think it is safe to recook it?

I don't think it's good to do. Health depts always say never to cook meat partially, then cook again. It can lead to bacteria growth. Better to be safe than sorry.

The high heat will kill bacteria, but it won't kill the toxins that they've left as they've multiplied.
