im an assistant in a special ed classroom. k, so the whole yr, my teacher has been lying 2 all the assistants, twisting their words around, and manipulating like crazy!!! she also spks of the students mothers like they're crazy-in short she's ABUSIVE-emotionally. anyway, 2 introduce myself, I am the most easy-going, laid back person, and I usually get along fine w/ ppl. the whole yr, I made as if nothing bothers me, but last week, my teacher sed that im not doing good work w/ my kid-we do 1-on-1 in my class. I defended myself-he actually changed so much since the beg of the yr-and NOT cuz of my teacher!!! anyway, she was just offended that my kid wud come 2 me & not her... and it became an ongoing thing-every day she wud tell me how im horrible, and I wud defend myself... till I finally sed, oh u sed im giving 2 many prompts, ok, so I wont, and id walk away from him... then she called me 1 nite 2 apologize, & since then e/t was fine.
then 2day, she sed s/t, totally not related, and I corrected her-in a real nice tone of voice. she started yelling at me & saying that I always just wanna contradict her & thats it!!! all I was doing is making sure she didnt make a mistake, but wateva. I left the classroom w/ my kid & went 2 spk 2 the principal.
L'maaseh, now she just called & left me a msg that she wants 2 spk 2 me, & I was avoiding her the past 2 wks (WHAT? SHE WAS NEVER IN THE CLASSROOM!!!) and she needs 2 talk abt s/t abt my kid-not 2 elaborater, cuz s/o here mite figure it out-but s/t that she shud no b4 a meeting abt my kid...she sed u probably dont wanna call me, but at least think abt it, and if not, I MUST spk 2 u 2morrow morning

With all the abbreviations, it's pretty difficult to read and understand your message. I'm sorry you're having such a difficult time.

Wow. That was a challenge to decode!! I don't actually understand the situation completely, but is it possible that you may be less professional in the classroom than you should be? Are you very young, and is the teacher considerably older and more experienced? Could you possibly have overstepped your bounds in some way?

op. yes, I am young, but no, I am not unprofessional. my teacher is about 10 years older than me, but I am not the only one in the classroom who has a problem with her. anyway, she picks fights with ALL her assistants besides for one! anyway, we all told the principal the stories that happened and how she picked fights, and the principal basically said that she's fired for next year! so, if you think im the one thats unprofessional... if we all have a problem with her, just goes to show!!!
sorry about the spelling shorthand in the post-tried to write normally here-was a drop hard for me-im used 2 riting like this!!!!

A piece of what I think is constructive advice - Don't write like that. Your post was unbearable to look at, it looked like it came out of the mouth/text of a teenager and was rather unprofessional and painful to look at. Not that you have to be professional here, but if you have a legitimate question that you want taken seriously, write accordingly. Remember, peolple judge a book by its cover and whether this is right or wrong, first impressions mean everything.

op here. I reread the op, and then understood what you all meant-really sorry!!! anyway, I can tell you all that at work I am really really professional. I write home a note every day, and don't worry;it's completely as this post is, with one correction-I do write with capitalizations!!!!! anyway, as I wrote previously, as long as the school understands the situation, I am okay with the situation (or as okay as possible with a teacher like that!) and I DO feel bad that this teacher is getting fired, but if she talks as she does about her students, their parents, and her assistants, then she does not belong teaching! have a good shabbos everyone!!

OP,
I'm sorry you have to deal with this (btw, ur post was a bit difficult to read, but totally understandable, I think). I used to work as an assistant in camp a long, LONG time ago, and probably would have a completely different point of view than I have now. I think you did the right thing (if this teacher is actually like the way you described her) going to the principal and complaining. Being a mother, I expect my kids to learn only positive things from people, especially from those who are TRAINED to teach them.
also, we, as parents, pay good money for our kids' education, and I personally wouldn't appreciate themm learning such attitudes from their classmates, let alone their teachers! Stand up for yourself, and keep doing a good job for the kids.....

op here. well, if only the kids CPULD learn from the teacher, or from anyone-well, my kid is so special, he does not really understand whats going on around him! I mean, he chapped that my teacher was angry at me, abut thats about it...
