I dont have a specific recipe, but I recently concocted my own.. I froze fresh fruits cut up, like mango, pineapple, and kiwi. I also used frozen strawberries and raspberries. then I took clear wine cups and made layers of red, yellow, red, yellow and a slice of kiwi on the side with a little straw sticking out. it was really yum!!

Here is my recipe it is really refreshing. I normally make it as 6 layers because it looks so gorgeous and I get more ices for my effort. It is adapted from the Heimish Simcha cookbook.
My container measurements aren't so great. I make it in a long rectanguler ziplock plastic container. 3 layers give me one container. 6 layers give me 2 containers.

I think three layers will also give you a 10" bundt pan. But I don't know if it will go all the way up. (the heimish simcha says 4 times - 3 layers gives you 5-10" bundt pans.)

Each layer is:
1 package of jello.
1 cup of boiling water
1/4 cup of sugar
2 cups of juice

Dissolve jeloo in water. Add juices. Freeze each color in its own bowl. Blend when semi-frozen or fully frozen. You can do it in a blender or food processor. Pour mixture into bowl and keep on layering. Freeze 1/2 hour between layers (you don't really have to). I just freeze it for imbtween the blending.

I then adapt it for each color:

Red: Cherry or Raspberry jello with Cranberry juice or a mixture of grape juice and OJ
Orange: Orange jello with OJ
Yellow: Lemon Jello with home made lemon-aid or pineapple juice and mango nector
Green: Lime Jello with homemade lemon-aid and green food coloring
Blue: Clear Jello with blue fruit punch
Grape: Grape Jello with grape juice

Obviously you can really use any flavors you think will go good together. It presents beautiflly (because of all the sugar it doesn't freeze very solid) and it looks so nice scooped in a ball with an ice cream scooper.

You can server with fruit sauce and fruit slices.

this comes out beautifully in a bundt pan, 1 recipe made 2 disposable small size bundt pans. I like to use the disposable, because you can peel away the foil & invert onto a plate to bring to the table whole. It really looks nice that way. My recipe is exactly like yours, except I add a generous 1/4 cup of coffee whitener to each flavor when blending the frozen ices. Also, I add a lb. of frozen berries to the red flavor. This gives me extra ices which I make into mini cups for the kids. I made a grape layer with grape juice (& strawberries, see below) & grape jello, a lime layer with orange juice & 2 Tbs of lemon juice & lime jello, and an orange layer with just orange juice & orange jello. EASY & FUN!
some hints:
1: you might be tempted to leave out the sugar (jello is so sweet anyway, but the sugar helps give it the creamy sherbet consistency when reblended, so leave it in!.
2: freeze it (the first time) in small bowls,it will be easier to blend (I think you need to freeze it fully in order to get the right creamy texture when reblending)
3: blend it completely! it might take a nice coupla minutes to dissolve all the chunks & get a nice creamy texture - be patient
4: wait enough freezer time between layers so that you get nice even lines.
5: when the kids are eating it, try to forget how unhealthy it is - its ok to have fun once in a while LOL
