Brown flour in oil in pot.
Slowly add 6 c. chicken soup.
Cook 20 minutes.
Add a drop each of salt & sugar.
Add peas & carrots.
Add 3/4 c. coffee rich (creamer).
Bring soup to boil.
In a bowl, mix 3 egg yolks with 1/4 c. creamer.
Drop egg mixture slowly into soup with fork to make egg drops.
Add cooked lokshen.
This is the recipe my family makes.

3 onions
1 carrot
2 pcs of chicken cutlet
1 Tbsp salt
1 cup of barley
Sautee onions & carrot , add e/t else and fill pot with water. Let it cook for 2 hours. Take the chicken cutlets out and cut them up into small pieces, put it back inthe pot and let it cook for another 2 hours.
It's yum & the first time I tasted it I couldn't believe that this is all that's in it. enjoy

Um, I don't really like barley.... lol. Is the barley taste strong, or it shouldn't bother me?

This is the recipe I have;
Bring 8 qt. pot full of chicken stock to a boil. When boiling add 1 potato and 1 squash.
Make a roux (2 Tbs. flour & 2 Tbs. oil) and add to soup. Optional= You may add 2 Tbs. chicken soup mix for better taste.
When soft, blend potato & squash. Add 2 slices chicken cutlets diced and boil soup for another ½ hr.
