Does anyone have a good recipe for cake frosting?? I always just use Riches whip with some powdered sugar, but I always feel like that frosting needs to be refrigerated. I'd like a recipe for frosting that I can put on a birthday cake that I can leave covered, but on the kitchen counter. thanks a bunch!

An easy and good chocolate frosting
6 TBSP oil
6 TBSP cocoa
1 TBSP vanilla essence
1 cup confectioner's sugar
Mix, then slowly add drops of boiling water till the desired consistency is achieved.
Enjoy!
(You can also use this to make coffee frosting. Substitute the cocoa for coffee. I'm not sure of the quantities, I guess it depends how strong you like it)

E&D- thank you for the frosting recipe. I don't need it right now anymore, but it's good to have!
