I think I am buying a Shabbos special for Friday night. That takes care of the gefilte fish, soup, chicken and side dish.
I will buy Challah chrain, babaganoush, tomato dip and make tehina and avocado spread.
I'll cook up some eggs for chopped eggs, and make a nice rice stew.
And a salad or two of course.
Taking it easy in the kitchen, as you can see. I have too much to deal with out of the kitchen right now

I made a mistake it really is corned beef, not pastrami, but I always make with pastrami or smoked turkey instead.
angel hair- corned beef tossed salad
1 bag lettuce
1/2 package angel hair pasta, cooked and drained
6 slices corned beef
1 c. yellow croutons
dressing:
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
2 T. vinegar
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 T. water
dash salt
dash bl pepper
1 T. mustard
pour lettuce in trifle bowl, layer pasta over lettuce, cut corned beef into strips and scatter over pasta, pour dressing over salad and sprinkle croutons on top.

still no chicken, the kitchen turned back to chametz like 11pm, I'm working today.
Hummous, roasted pepper salad (bought), hilbeh (homemade this am)
Store bought challah (couldn't find where I locked up the bread machine!)
Chicken soup (extra tub frozen from Pesach)
Rolled turkey breast (hope it comes out not too dry)
Baked salmon for non meat-eaters
Israeli salad, carrot salad
Ratatouille (from Pesach)
Rice, baked potato
Orange cake (baked this morning)
Lunch is pretty much the same, except for no soup, cholent and cold cuts.

Yum!! Now I just have to have an occasion for it. I'm having my father and brother over for shabbos day, maybe I'll make it this week. I'll let you know how it comes out. One more question, about how many servings does this make?
