made it this past shabbos.
came out very good.
I added some water to thin it bec. it was extremely thick.

A friend stopped by on friday with some homegrown eggplant. I logged on to imamother to find a recipe to try and chose this one. My kids are not fans of eggplant, but this went over really well!!

I just made this - YUM!! The only thing I changed was to add some more salt after blending and some hot pepper flakes - we like spiiiiiiiiiicy!!

I don't know, but I guess you could make it, eat most of it, and then freeze some, and see how you like it defrosted.
