What's your recipe for crunchy peanut butter? Sounds cool!

I usually buy salted peanuts, I put them in the mixer, I add sunflower oil until the peanuts get creamy, then I store it in the fridge (even though it doesn't last long, my family loves it... )
If you want it crunchier, just add at the end a handful of peanuts and give a few spins with the mixer...
...and if you like it sweet, add a teaspoon of confectioner's sugar!

what kind of mixer are you using? I've made walnut and almond butters using a mini food processor and they came out nice and creamy.

I am using a Tefal kitchen robot...maybe I should get a smaller device?!

hmm. not familiar with that one.
all I know is when I make nut butter with my regular food processor the nuts end up sticking to the sides. so I use a 'mini processor' I think it holds 2 cups? maybe? this way everything's in contact with the blades all the time.
