I recently started pilates and I love it. It's not aerobic, more toning and I already see results. Tae Bo is good for high impact.

If you know what you want, you can also get them free from the library or for a charge from Blockbuster/Netflix.

im in Europe and I was looking for so long and now I found exactly what I was looking for! Its 3 workouts, one is aerobics, second is together with toning and the third is yoga, pilates, a mix really. All is done in an aerobic version! She's a British lady called joannah Hall, she has some website, im not sure exactly. I love it!

Shimmysmom: I do the 10 minute solution Pilates
You need to be somewhat flexible, it's challenging and allows you to customize your workout to target whatever areas you want. Some of the excersizes are really hard but that gives me a goal to head towards so I like it. It's not jumping around at all and very calm, so at the end of the day I really enjoy doing it. I wouldn't have to energy for a very bouncy workout!
