I just discovered this website. You tell it the things you would like in a cheesecake, and it makes you a "custom" recipe. I thought it was cute. Obviously you don't have to actually use Philly Brand cream cheese...

oooops.. it took me a few tries before I correctly read the subject of this thread. I thought it said "Philly Cheesesteak Customizer" 
I was like... why the heck is someone posting about a non kosher sandwich???
Anyway, thanks for the cheesecake referral! I see you're getting a head start on Shavuos!
