Meat is healthy in moderation. It's good that they like it! Just serve 1-2x a week and provide variety so they get the most benefit.

Organ meats are the most nutrient dense |
firstly - no such thing where I live.
would love grass fed etc
secondly its not only about nutrient dense but the actual meat.
I know vaguely, not sure what that there is something unhealthy about it even organic and grass fed according to the rambam and should be saved for treats and shabbos and yom tov.

I always heard turkey is healthier than chicken, but are you sure about veal?

Go with less fatty cuts, and don't cook it with too much sugar.

According to many experts, fatty meat is healthier than lean meat. We need the fat for satiety, nutrition , hormone production and more. All cuts of meat are very nutrient dense and contain almost all the nutrients we need to be healthy .
The bigger problem is the sugary sauces that people like to coat their meat with. If you are on a budget, I would suggest getting whatever cuts you can afford and focus on preparing it healthily without sugar or processed ingredients.

Don't obsess about that.
Variety is healthy.
So don't just feed them one kind of meat, don't declare one is healthiest and restrict the others. That is not a healthy approach.

It's true that in our society we tend to consume too much meat.
Eating meat just on shabbos and yom tov would be perfectly enough. I generally don't serve meat during the week, apart from leftovers and "special occasions".
