After you cook them how long and on what temp do you heat it before serving

I use a Plata to reheat. I take out the meat on erev chag and let it defrost on the counter, then put on Plata or put in fridge for next day lunch.

Once its ready to be eaten aka fully baked I freeze it. I take it out the night before. In the am I put in the oven on 225 until the meal
