Can I cook gefilte fish rolls and then freeze them and it will be good when I take them out?

I wouldn't. But we also are not big gefilte people. Especially Pesach gefilte.

Pat the loaves dry with paper towels. Wrap in dry paper towels to absorb extra freezer moisture, before wrapping in foil. Then seal in ziploc bag.

Wrap in parchment and silver foil tightly. Put into ziplock. When you are ready to use. Defrost partially and put in oven to warm up and dry it out.
