Any bed is a bed and can be slept on. All toddler beds have to meet minimum safety requirements, in the US at least. What is it specifically you are looking for? Something durable thay can last for many, many children? Something stylish? Something affordable?

Minimalist style
Quality-decent. This is not a good high quality piece of furniture. However it’s a little bed that takes abuse. I used it for two kids approximately four years in a row and then it was ready for the trash
Price- very reasonable.
I had a high quality mattress
