Do you buy dishes or small appliances online for pesach?

I want to order a dishes set online for pesach but why do I feel uncomfortable doing so? Can it be a problem kashrus wise?

They have a lot on sale at macys now. I’d see why you’d hesitate to buy on Amazon

it can be a problem since people can return used items. while I do buy NEW kitchenware only, if it looks like the box was opened etc I'd be cautious. my mother was never comfortable buying items that were open and not in sealed packaging - such as peelers etc, but that's a big chumrah. when in doubt, ask your Rav.

no difference Pesach or all year for most products. as far as toaster ovens - I've heard that it could be the company tests the ovens with bread but I have no idea if that's true. personally I've purchased a countertop oven from Walmart for Pesach, no issues.
