You can if you have the right attachment but it’s much harder to do than using a good food processor.

I’m not sure, my dh got me a kitchen aid and I haven’t opened it yet, not sure if I should return.
You attach these to your kitchen aid?

No I don't use a kitchen aid mixer.
I use the food processor, that I linked.

I have the attachment for the kitchen aid and I use it for kugel. I had the kitchen aid for several years before I got the attachment. I just don’t have space for the food processor and the attachment works well for my needs

I use the meat grinder attachment for the kitchen aid for my potato kugel. Makes the best consistency kugel...
