Anyone have a good recipe for Pesach Chulent?
Has anyone tried it with Quinoa? How was it?

We don't eat quinoa on pesach, but I usually grate potatoes to use as the base instead of barley/beans and then add bigger chunks of potato and meat.

I do sautéed onions, fatty meat (like shabbos meat from KRM) with cubed potatoes and (less) sweet potatoes.
Water, salt and pepper. If you use garlic and paprika you can add that.

If you eat gebrochts, you can add in matzah farfel and meal to give texture in lieu of the beans and barley.
