I'm looking at some items that say free returns, but when I click on it this is what it says:
Free returns
Not satisfied with your order? Send it back within 90 days after order was placed. The first return on each order is free.
Does anyone have experience with this? 🤔

I did get a free label to return. but the tracking shows it was delivered over 3 weeks ago and I still didnt get my money back. I keep messaging the seller and supposedly my package is waiting for inspection that I sent everything back. Not sure how much longer I'll keep waiting till I give up

silly part about it is that the item I returned wasnt exactly what I wanted, but it wasnt bad either. I probably should have kept it

Can anyone else post of they've had issues returning from them?
(Just recently discovered this shopping option, but if returns are not reliable not sure if worth the headache.)
