I like Naomi Nachman’s Pesach cookbook- perfect for Pesach. I also like a taste of Pesach.

Edit: did you add the no kitniyos and no gebroks after? I don’t remember if this cookbooks are non gebroks.

Came here to say Naomi Nachman's Perfect for Pesach. It is by far my favourite. It has some gebrokts and some non-gebrokts recipes.

I just got Miriam Pascal's new book. I haven't used it yet, but the recipes look amazing.

I just bought it too, not going to look at it until next week, when I turn over my kitchen. I also bought one called “the Passover Seder” which is Israeli recipes.

Recommend everything by Miriam Pascal because I don't think I've ever made a recipe of hers that flopped.

I bought her pesach one and everything looks really good even though I haven't made anything because I don't cook until the week before.
