The recent ama thread was closed...
But anyone know anything behind the scenes about the company Petite Amalie
2 style dresses that I've been searching for already for weeks and were sold out by February even on line...
I never saw these two styles on the actual Petite Amalie site...
Please advise if you have any ideas
one is a white linen dress with coral pink design on the chest...
and one is floral design with buttons down the front and ruffle collar snd shoulder

Still not sure why stores can't order more of the popular looks and only 1 week time to run and get what you want
not everyone can buy in Jan Feb...
People are gifted closer to Pesach and have the cash to buy pretty things...
How would the strore lose out ?
So many times I end up needing to going on children salon, and settling on style when I would much rather spend it in a jewish store

Because they are really expensive, stores are worried they’d have to sell them at cost price so they bring in very limited selection.

Yes, but so many people are still trying to buy it ( aside that they have left overs in the less popular colors from samw brand) Don't they learn from year to year how much to order?
There are known companies that sell out in minutes... People drop whatever they are doing and run like mad because there wont be any in 25 hours... Why can't shops bring more??
sock I wanted it came in a very pretty pink version and some other colors green, blue... I went to tons of Lakewood stores not to be gotten in pink... every other color left.... I sent my mom in Brooklyn boro park and flatbush, same story....
Why in the grocery is there always blue and red milk available...
why can't sock and bow colors be the same?

Because milk is a basic necessity that (almost )everyone needs.
Colorful socks and bows are luxuries that stores will lose money on if any are left once the season is over....
Also, stores order their stock months (a season) in advance. The company might not have any more left for the store to place a reorder...

ok, but if they sell more blue milk then red they will bring in more to begin with so everyone can get the type they like.
What's the issue to order more of the popular, brands, colors styles etc??
there is enough stock for everone... No one is going barefoot, but if you come late you have to settle on color, style etc
