Would so much appreciate the help to resolve my indecisiveness and procrastination
Looking for beautiful budget friendly
chandelier and sconces for large open room that serves as dining room and living room.

I think you need to give some parameters. Color, style, etc. Do you like modern or traditional? Things like that.
Also, you say budget-friendly, but that could mean a lot of things.
You can check Ikea's web site for cheap, stylish, and good quality options. If you give more info we can post links.
