The cleaning crew came yesterday and I close my nose whenever I go to the bathroom bec the cleaning materials they use is so strong but they also used it to clean my desk and phone!! I keep coughing esp when I have to talk on the phone. anyone know how to get rid of this??

This might be obvious but open dl the windows as ride as possible. Maybe wipe down your desk surfaces with damp cloth to get rid of the residue.

Not sure if you’d be ok with doing this but onions absorb toxins. After we painted we put cut up onions around the house to absorb the smell.

I didn't read through this completely but after a quick scan of the article it seems that in a closed space there isn't much to do and the smell will linger for a few days. You may find a few useful tips, though.
I think you need to get management to talk to the cleaning crew. It really isn't healthy.
